I certainly recommend a coach who understands how ADD/ADHD integrates with your life. I'm not an ADD coach, but about two dozen of my clients have had significant ADHD. They found that Welbutrin provided a lot of relief from the negative symptoms - I personally take it and the people in my life notice significant benefits.
