After reading the posts in the "Coaching Commons," I wish to heartily acknowledge you both for this magnificent venture. Here is a resource person, if needed: my husband, John, is a leading national/international figure in nonprofit management and leadership training. He is very acquainted with coaching, and loves it! He's both a professor and Director of the Nonprofit Management and Leadership Training program here at the Univ. of MO, St. Louis, and a great supporter of coaching's impact in the world. So, if you need/want this kind of person as a resource for the "Commons," I think he'd be very willing to help. Since you, Andrea, and I have gotten acquainted through your recent Teleseminar offering (viewing U.S.Presidential candidates through a voice coaching perspectives), John is becoming a second "fan" of yours, too. Kudos to the Harnisch Foundation for doing this. The thing I would love to see is more money from private foundations given to nonprofit organizations for Executive Coaching.
