I downloaded this last night and put it on my Ipod so I could listen in the comfort of my living room.  The hour with Elyse went by so fast.  I&#039;m a student of the LOA so have heard many, many people speak on the topic.  I love Elyse&#039;s style and some of the tools she was suggesting. At the end of the class I went right to her website to learn more.
