Just because you’re a coach, doesn’t mean that coaching will solve all your problems. In my opinion, when it comes to making a business run in a business-like way, what a coach needs most is a little consulting. Really! 

Sure, a coaching approach to that consulting doesn’t hurt – does it ever hurt anything? But it’s hard core answers that are needed, answers based on experience.
