Andrea Lee - - Thank you for the article - - while stationed in PH 69-71, I became an above average body surfer at Sandy Beach, Point Panic, and Makapuu Point - - local boy gave me a paipo board - - learned to get to knees on it - - having a ball whenever in port - - got back from a WESPAC and got the town shop of Country to get me a custom knee machine by Turk - - yes - Kaiser's, Ala Moana, Courts, Concessions, Haleiwa up to 6 ft - - then back to the mainland and got a lot of questions about the board from Ventura-Orange County Line all the way to Ocean Beach in SDO

I'm trying to try to find Turkington - - my son (an Army aviator and an East Coast surfer) has been transferred to Schofield Barracks and I'm in memory land again.

If anyone sees this, tell Turk to facebook Rick Horner - - sorry for the old fart memories

Kowabunga!

You just brilliantly articulated the electrifying essence of what my husband and I coach folks into finding and living: their soulfullfilled sweet spot.

It's unmistakable when you see it, and riveting to behold, isn't it?

And once you've caught your own 'wave', taking action in pursuit of more - or living pleasured by the pursuit of personal excellence as you do - becomes a no brainer.

As you say in Pink Spoon (and elsewhere, I'm guessing), life - and your passion - becomes your coach, and you can't wait to be coached again!

We love soulfullfilled living for three reasons:

One - it's our WHY, and we love it like Mike loves Mr. Turkington loves surfing

Two - when you're living what we call your 'WHY', with a single look (eyes wide as spark meets oxygen) you make a life-changing impact just by being in love, and that - we suspect - is the purpose behind being led and driven by this kind of passionate love: it makes you capable of tremendous impact just by being you in love

Three - it's a GAS to be in the presence of people living in the peaceful exhilaration most folks otherwise know as Soul expressing.

Our working theory is this: if enough people lived in their 'WHY', alive and on fire with love, we'd create and live in a whole new world.

No questions asked.

Few things light up my life more than the prospect of that.

Thanks for the phenomenal post, Andrea. Love to quote you or even talk with you about it sometime.

Lissa
