		<description>A good friend of mine is a certified Speaking Circles facilitator here in Japan, and after attending a couple of her programs, I feel that this is a wonderful tool to help you feel comfortable with your &#039;naked&#039; self (as Andrea put it), whether alone, with a client or standing in front of a group.

The program is very simple and, at the same time, elegant.
