Measuring What Matters: Finally, Set Up A Metrics Worksheet that Helps You Maximize Time and Effort (First-time offering)

If 1000 people signed up for your Pink Spoon, and 10 bought your ebook, should you work harder on increasing Pink Spoon signups or ebook purchases?

If (out of 2500 people) 1000 bought a $25 product and of those, 8 signed up for one on one coaching but NO ONE bought your $147 product, what should you do?

If you have 2 great months of sales, and then a month of nearly nothing, gasp, what’s going on? This Multiple Streams Workgroup led by Andrea Lee and guest Associate Multiple Streams Coach will help you answer these, and the myriad other questions surrounding what your numbers (or metrics) are trying to tell you in your business.

Because this is a Workgroup, we will not only provide you with the information on measuring that’s pertinent, but seek MOST to have you
implement:

  • A Metrics Worksheet of your own that you’ll tinker with for the 2-month duration of the group. Click here to see an example in Excel format
  • Fine tune that worksheet and begin creating the habit of using it weekly in a way that helps you steer your business in the long term
  • 5 ways to analyze the numbers you collect, including insights from how 6 and 7 figure businesses use the numbers to motivate team members (real-life examples will be used confidentially for maximum impact)
  • Laser coaching in a group setting with your real numbers (if you wish) in the second half of the workgroup
  • 5 ways to improve your numbers, as applied to the most commonly occuring patterns that emerge from the real data collected in the group

Here are the dates this workgroup will meet, by telephone bridge(number to be provided immediately after registration):

Five Wednesdays, March 15, 22, April 19, May 17, 24, 2006, From 1:00PM to 2:00PMEastern.

Led by Andrea Lee.

Fee: $197 public

MSOCI Member-only pricing: $147

This is an unprecedented value at $197 or $147 for MSOCI members for 5 hours of time on a topic as yet untreated in this format. As the saying goes, this is truly where the rubber meets the road…why? Because after all is said and done, even if you have a product, a sales page, a brand, a business card…if nothing is selling, you are not in business. Or at least you won’t be anymore, once your reserve funds run out.

NOTE: This workgroup is best suited to those who’ve advanced in the Multiple Streams system to the point where they’ve been making steady sales, growing a list on a continual basis, and making some offers/promotions for at least 3 months. If you are a beginner and want to participate, you are most welcome to do so as a foundation-building exercise…the earlier you begin, the better for you later, and instead of your own raw data you’ll be invited to peek at that of other people.

“I *really* enjoyed the Metrics class yesterday. This is exactly what I need right now. I’m looking forward to using what I learned to help me set revenue goals and determine the right types of products and services to focus on. I’d love an advanced metrics class, too!”
