I was multitasking on the phone earlier with one of my coaches…

And using my calculator to do some forecasting for next year.

Hehe.

When i went to say goodbye and hang up, what do you think i did?

I hit a button on my CALCULATOR!

HAHAHAHAHA.

Reading about leadership lately has made me think about followship. You could say it ‘followed’ that my thoughts would lead in that direction.

Followship? Meaning the position of a follower, or the capacity or ability to follow.

It takes followship/followers to make a leader. And, I think it takes a good sense of how to follow, when to follow, and who to follow, to make a truly good leader.
